Paying for college can be challenging, but for some it’s nearly impossible. You can help.

Choose 2 Give (C2G) is a student-run university fundraising campaign that donates 100 percent of its proceeds to fund scholarships for students with financial needs. Now in its fourteenth year, Choose to Give has helped more than sixty-three students receive needs-based scholarships.

This year’s C2G week is March 9-14. The deans of the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences will grill hotdogs on Monday, March 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the quad area north of the Eyring Science Center. For a small donation, students and faculty can have lunch and at the same time contribute to funding student scholarships.

“Giving back to BYU of your time, talent, and treasure is a choice you make that can also bless your life today as students,” said Dee Allsop, former BYU Alumni Association President. “Deepen your relationship with the Y while you are still at school and build the kind of habit that will cultivate the spirit of the Y to be a life-long relationship and blessing in your life.”

Students will also have the opportunity to give at booths on campus throughout the week and to register for theC2G Glow Run 5K and Dance on Friday, March 14. To find out more about C2G week or to donate online, visit the C2G website.
