Digital Signage Request

Policy

1. College of Computational, Mathematical, and Physical Sciences departments, centers, and clubs will be given priority over material from other groups.
2. We only post material from official BYU organizations. Material of particular interest to our majors/programs such as STEM events will take priority.
3. Events hosted by groups outside of our college must be fully approved to be promoted outside of their organization according to BYU policy including getting dean/director and VP approval.
4. All submissions are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be displayed.

Process

• Please use the form below to submit a digital signage request.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for approval. We cannot always accommodate last-minute requests. Approved slides are shown for no longer than 2 weeks.
