Dr. Dorff studies geometric function theory, complex analysis, and data analytics. He has published extensively about minimal-surface geometry and harmonic mappings. He is currently the chair of BYUs Mathematics Department.
Dr. Lawlors research focuses on discovering new method proofs of geometric optimization. Specifically, Dr. Lawlor investigates the geometry of multiple bubbles and optimal curves.
